Sales team not very good. Need more experience and not really interested in helping me choose a car or offering any service to speak of. Wasn't able to get a test drive although had called ahead. Cars were all dirty and had been standing a while. But they said wander round and have a look. I'd recommend you use a BMW main dealer to get your car. like I did a week later. Very helpful and knowledgeable and guess what? I bought a 25k car outright and will be driving it away in a week.

very happy with the service before, during and after the purchase of my car, brilliant choice of cars available, id walked in saw my car and walked out with a new car within an hour! very professional throughout. A good few months after my purchase i contacted the team again as i needed some help with a few things and the team were more than happy to help, would definitely recommend!

5 stars doesn't do S James Prestige justice. Unlike most car dealerships/garages they don't judge you on age or appearance. Their level of customer service is superb and their attention to detail is fantastic. They literally could not do enough to ensure the car I purchased was perfect. They even reconditioned all of the alloy wheels at no additional cost! Other dealers should take note! Keep it up SJP.
