Complete Rip off and waste of time. Only prefer to take private patients to rip them off ..

I have been a private patient of this practice for over 25 years and despite seeing many changes over the years they have always been professional, polite and friendly. Explanations on treatments are always thorough and appointments are usually on time.
Called as an emergency and managed to get seen as a private patient two days later. The dentist was incredibly rude and ignored multiple questions myself and my partner asked. No one seemed to want to explain anything to us. Won't be going again.
