Service was good, changing rooms clean. Pool was clean however noticed algae in some areas, it would be great if the wave machine was on.
Really great family leisure pool with waves and a slide for the little ones. Childrens birthdays parties always fun at this venue.
I attend a copd class(dr referred) which I find very useful. However on several occasions the staff manning the front desk seem to have difficulty finding the information on the computer and have told me the class was not operating. Usually this gets sorted eventually and the class proceeds. This evening and was told the class was cancelled! No reason was forthcoming. The one star is a reflection of the front desk and not the class!
Quite small especially compared to Grantham. Had wave machine but doesn't come on for long (about 2 mins per 1/2 hour). Slide was closed. Water was quite cold, again compared to Grantham. No big booths in changing rooms, nor family changing. Staff were good.
Used to be good, facilities are OK but sales staff appear more interested in making a sale of membership than fully explaining all the options / ensuring you are aware of what is available. When you do discover a problem they are completely unable to assist you- fortunately there is a 14 day cooling off period when you discover the limitations
