I cannot recommend Pulse Practice highly enough. Both their patient care and expertise is truly outstanding. If youre nervous about seeing a healthcare professional about any injuries or conditions like I was, this is definitely the place to go. Having not seen a healthcare professional in over a decade, I was extremely nervous regarding my first appointment, but Jo immediately put me at ease with his fantastic and friendly manner. I can most certainly assure you that youre in safe hands with both Jo and his colleagues at Pulse Practice. Ive had the pleasure of working with Jo on three occasions due to various sports injuries, and the treatment has been first class every time. Each appointment has either resolved the issue at hand, or resolved it with a quick follow up session (which I was not charged for) a few weeks after the initial appointment. Its rare to meet individuals who are truly passionate about their profession and patient care, but this is exactly what you get here. Jo has always taken the time to clearly and simply explain the cause and nature of my injuries, and given me instructions of what I can do in the future to avoid them again. Pulse Practice also offers a variety of other treatments, ranging from reflexology to foot care. While I havent personally experienced these treatments, Ive heard equally positive things from my extended family regarding them (thats where I received the recommendation for Pulse Practice from). All in all, if you have any health care needs, Pulse Practice should definitely be your first stop.
