Absolutely disgusted, put my partners wedding dress in for a dry clean, when got home we took it out only to be horrified that the 'cleaning' service has actually ruined it, there is now a nice new watermarked tea coloured stein on it, the staff would obviously of known about this and kept it quiet upon collection and payment. I am absolutely disgusted and would not recommend this dishonest service to anybody else. Shambles, then you go to complain and who I thought was a lovely lady named BEV starts shouting at you because shes been caught out, disgraceful! No customer service skills, no plan to fix the problem, just get in a little strop like a 2 tear old. Waste of 130 hard earnt public sector worker cash. Thank you very much.
