Terrible! I can't describe how disgusted we were with the way we were talked to and the utter lack of communication. The mission statement on the web site means nothing. You can't see your progress online, its not worry free and they can't send forms to you online. If you're busy and never home then you'll have no end of fun with these pirates. It's 2018 not 2008! When you do call up to speak with your conveyancing 'Team' you'll probably be told they are 'at a meeting' or 'in training' or 'attending a personal matter' and no I didn't call every day. If you're a first time buyer and concerned and need some reassurance please don't use this lot. I have talked to others that have used them and they have said the same. Avoid! I can't leave no stars so begrudgingly I had to put one.
