Clives work is good quality, my issue is with the final bill, in my opinion they overcharged by around 100 (this was more than the original verbal quote) their justification was that the additional cost was due to buying a few copper fitting that cost pennies and fuel costs driving to collect them (1 mile at most). Like I said good quality work and nice people but my advice is to get a written quote prior to work commencing then all parties should be happy.

Clive did a great job servicing my boiler and installing my shower. When I had a problem with the shower (not his fault) he came back quickly and sorted it for me. Great job, explained everything he was doing. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service poor waited a week for an appointment then did not show and no communication even though waited in all day. Apparently the bigger clients are more important and then couldn't reschedule for 2 months. Although apologise feel very let down.

Clive looked after the plumbing at my mum's house in Bourne, Lincs. Since she passed away we have continued to use him as we took over the house. Our son lives there on a permanent basis. We have always been pleased by his work ethic and high standards. So much so that we have a superb working relationship which has developed into a strong friendship.Thanks for everything Clive and Lisa.
