Since moving into our rented property we have encountered a number of issues. I dont normally review companies publicly but feel I have no other option as no one at Rosedale seems to care. Numerous water leaks taken ages to resolve. A shower that doesnt drain reported in October still nothing done almost 4 months on. We have things living in the loft that again were reported and nothing done. Numerous calls from different contractors and appointments not kept. Loss of earnings and sleepless nights. I even went into Rosedale in order to get a reaction but still nothing. All we get is We have contacted them have they not been in touch if you are a landlord seriously consider looking else where. If you are looking to rent then definitely look elsewhere. We viewed this property with a garage to be told on the day of moving in that the landlord was storing their stuff in the garage. Poorly run and disorganised
