Purchased my boots from North Shoes through EBay, I was shocked to discover that my 125 boots were posted using a service that only insured the boots to cover 50 maximum if lost in the post, sorry but this is not acceptable at all, to risk my 75 with no option to upgrade to a more secure postal option is not good practice, I would have gladly paid the 5 extra to have peace of mind, I would not have purchased the boots if I knew the boots would be sent under insured risking my money.
