Note to management.... When you have customers driving to collect food on a saturday evening (15 minute journey there and home)...Please manage expectations in the future. Not impressed one bit about having to wait 30 minutes in your restaurant after being told my food would be ready to collect at 20.25. If you're going to take longer to cook it, TELL US, instead of letting us wait in your place for 30 minutes without even offering us a drink to apologise. It's not acceptable.
Although the food was nice the service was poor. We had to wait 45 minutes before we were served our starters. The staff seemed more busy serving people who had come to collect their takeaways.Staff were not attentive at all and we had to wait after finishing our meal for quite a while before going up to request our bill.
