friendly, professional staff,easy to get an appointment as there are two branches/clinics..one in Thurlby and a second in Market Deeping (lincolnshire). the Thurlby branch also have an exotics building seperately on site whereas there is a pet hydrotherapy building at the Market Deeping branch. Affordable monthly payment packages available. I definitely recommend Animates over other local vets. (I use thurlby branch)
