Very friendly staff and very thorough!
Lovely clean practice but then it is new! Not impressed and feel let down, no diagnosis of my dogs condition, after spending nearly 200 on tablets and powders with no effect to my dog I have now transferred to my original vet 25 miles away. My reason for trying vets4pets was due to it being close but unfortunately havent had a good experience, feel its all about money and not the actual animals. Never any water bowls for thirsty dogs. Probably charge for that too! Sorry vets4pets but I have no confidence in you!!
Lovely clean and fresh smelling reception area with separate dog and cat waiting areas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet who we saw was gentle with our kitten and gave him a thorough examination. He explained everything well and I didn't feel rushed. Prices are good too. Would definitely recommend.
Jonathan and his team are the most caring vets I have known. They are always happy and make you feel welcome. The facilities are spotless.
1st class service from Jonathan & the nurses & reception staff are lovely too. They fitted me in recently on a Saturday morning when my dog Rosco was poorly & I was concerned. I would highly recommend all of the team
