Good food, well presented, staff very welcoming, pleasant decor and clean establishment. Some of the options on the menu were not available, but hey, a good evening out in pleasant surroundings.

Called here on spec while traveling home from holiday. Just a short drive from the A1M. Arrived at 5.30 Saturday- pub was busy, but they found us a table which was appreciated. Staff were excellent - all of them were attentive and pleasant. Food was really lovely - well cooked and presented. Prices were very reasonable. Well recommended.
Enjoyed a well cooked value for money meal with my family. Staff were very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was a comfortable and clean place in which to thoroughly enjoy our meal. This was our second visit and I doubt it will be our last. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our experience.
Stayed here overnight after a wedding so I can't comment on the day/evening menu. The room was lovely with a absolutely massive bed, fridge with bottled water and milk none of the nasty uht cartons. All gratefully received after a late night. Great shower, quality toiletries lots of nice touches made it really worth the money. Breakfast was brilliant. Stokes strong coffee, big well cooked English breakfast, we didn't turn up for it til 9.25 and they were still nice to us (they stopped serving at 9.30). There was cereal and fruit and quality bottled juices with proper sized glasses. Service was polite warm and friendly . Highly recommend.
